1. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, The Nuur NL ships exclusively within the Netherlands. We currently do not offer international shipping outside the Netherlands.
2. How long does delivery take within the Netherlands?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Is shipping free?
We offer complimentary shipping within the Netherlands on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). There are no additional customs or import fees for orders within the Netherlands.

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
